CMD have a case that's $275m USD of which they own 100%. Lots of room to move there with a claim of that size.
Also, just because the seat is in Ghana, doesn't mean it's supervised by the high court. It's still being heard by an independent international tribunal. High court only there for annulment within Ghana. They would still be able to seize assets internationally if it came down to it.
Dyor into how many cases Ghana have seeked to annul and subsequently got out of paying and share here.
