As the memorial must be submitted by 16 Sept, by what date do you think Cassius needs to announce to the market that they have secured litigation funder and the terms of that agreement. The terms will be crucial to see if SH are in the running for a distribution result from a successful settlement outcome and what is the contingency plan if the legal action is not successful. How’s the limestone off takes going?
