What I like about this is that over the year, Novatti must reduce their shareholding to 20%. Banks in their RADI phase generally needs 10s of millions of dollars to build infrastructure and hire staff. They need to raise money directly, not Novatti. And as Novatti needs to reduce its shareholding, it will be required to sell its shares in the process of IBOA raising money. Now, I'm not too sure what valuation IBOA will seek to raise at, but any decent valuation will mean Novatti receives a healthy return on capital.
