Even though it is not price-sensitive this announcement should not be underestimated. Vmoto are not saying they are delighted to announce these three distribution agreements for nothing. Vietnam alone is a massive scooter market, as anyone who has been there can testify. It has about 50 million registered motorbikes (most of which I would guess could be classified as scooters) - recent photo of Saigon traffic below. Pollution from the mainly petrol powered motorbikes is a huge problem...the solution is obvious.
