You're probably right drmatt. I have not discovered any patent application of OBJ's that seeks a proprietary interest in a "vibration system" or "skin-sensing switch technology". These aspects of the device, while creatively adapted by OBJ, are unlikely to generate meaningful revenues comparable to that generated by the magnetic microarray
