the message goes something like…….’ I can’t answer the phone at the the moment, but leave your name and number and I’ll get back to you’ ……….. for an ASX listed company , no name of the person answering the phone (supposedly the Chairman) and no mention of any corporate identity, reflects very badly in my opinion
