Think everyone is jumping the gun here. Actually need to hear how he fleshes out the presentation.
There may well be an agreement and this is a prelude to an announcement. Or he could be alluding to the old agreement with Mitsui - which I hope was dead and buried. But it’s clearly written as an offtake agreement, so must and should be separate the the LOI’s previously mentioned.
