Some interesting facts:

1. IOP made the announcement on the NSX on Oct 7th. Its taken RRS all this time to make an ASX announcement re the loan.

2. In the Dec 2013 Quarterly IOP had only $98,000 cash on hand. Yet they now have advanced $500,000 to RRS. Wonder where the funds came from as the Russian assets do not appear to have been sold.

3. I see Brewer calling the shots at IOP... the same Brewer as the CCC ?

4. Still no financials lodged by IOP. Nothing to review and query.

Makes you wonder at times!
