correct me if I am wrong but the sp will stay at around 3c for a while, due to the shortfall in the renounceable rights issues (24 November 2022) where the Underwriter held at that time close to 60 million shares, that they would like to re-sell to shareholders. Unless we get price sensitive announcement that would churn over 100 Million shares per day in volumes, I wouldn't focus much on the sp. However this also represents an opportunity to buy more should you think like myself that BIT would do really well this year. All in my opinion anyway. Not long now!
