Surehaus at least we are keeping those on hols from the bpt thread amused I hope.
But I am staggered you could think from my replies I may be a socialist; one who thinks he is entitled to the fruits of other people's hard work or investment success. No I'm quite happy to live off what I earn and do not want handouts from this large, heavily overweight, bulbous, big-taxing socialist gov't that we have here.
Nor would I be happy living in Greece with a lesser-taxing socialist GREEK Gov't which has for years been incapable of spending only what receives in taxes and thus balancing its budget occasionally.
Socialist Greece gov't debt is the major cause of the Eurozone debt crisis.
Socialism failed dismally in Russia with shocking govt waste and long bread queues etc but more importantly no INCENTIVE to be productive.
farmers, villagers, mill-workers, factory workers, service providers, you name it, they all had no reason to be more productive under that system that's why it failed miserably and have now changed to a capitalist society where the higher earners pay the much higher taxes just as BHP Billiton and RIO have done here during the past decade.
