Tanzania in my opinion is the most riskiest of all the projects. Beach talks about the natural oil seeping on the surface. If Beach knows this, the whole world obviously knows this. Then why is this place still not exploited by the big oil companies? The reason is simply because it is too much of a hassle to enter Africa to get oil. This is a country where we see real life pirates preying on the oil shipments.
I would be very happy to see Beach not doing anything in Tanzania for a few decades, instead it can just hold the permit just in case Tanzania becomes a developed country all of a sudden. LOL
