It's impossible at this stage to work out a fair valuation, esp with finds coming in thick and fast over last few months. Everything's changing so fast and Esh makes some great points about staying realistic.
For me, I say whatever price it gets to, EVN will have to offer more if they want full ownership and control.
I think it's rare to find these grades and so consistently, though I am open to being corrected.
