I was considering last night as to why a price sensitive announcement would be released after market
- around 5 O'clock??

Does this mean it is a relatively dull price sensitive announcement?
The key word was relative, meaning there are more of them to come. They could be regarding more business, products or agreements of course, as that is how we will beigin our business deals from here.
Hopefully, and i think it will be the case, Koz will doing (or has already been doing in advance of this last phase) all the deals he needs to in one hit - and then he can put in the hard yards in design areas, keeping the processes seperate and thorough without distraction, because thats how he gets such good results - he refines processes and cuts the fat quickly.
