Phase 3 implies Phase 2 success - that's the long and the short of it, and Phase 2 success for BTX 1503 implies a much higher realistic share price than 25 cents. However the big boys seem intent on keeping the share price suppressed, so 25 cents may be "realistic" although not realistic - just predatory in nature.

... and talking about foreign ownership (unfortunately in the paragraph following mention of predation) I thought it would be educational to look at CSL top 20 so, after being wilfully misdirected by the pathologically obtuse Google, and learning nothing from Simply Wall Street, I reached the CSL 2019 Annual Report and learnt:

1 HSBC CUSTODY NOMINEES (AUSTRALIA) LIMITED 33.71%
2 J P MORGAN NOMINEES AUSTRALIA LIMITED 18.01%
... maybe 50% + foreign influence.In addition,

as at 30 June 2019, a substantial shareholder notice has been received from:
BlackRock Inc and its subsidiaries and The Vanguard Group Inc and its subsidiaries
... which means 10% + foreign ownership from these two companies alone

... that is about the best quick handle I could get on foreign ownership of CSL.

An army officer once told me that he spent about 15 minutes explaining why in an exercise he would attack from the right flank, and someone who hadn't been listening asked why he wanted to attack from this flank. He replied that he would attack from the right flank because he would not attack from the left.

You may note that nobody was even considering a frontal assault on the centre, and this brings us to a comparison of BOT with the Parallel Universe where we see at least so far nur ein Drang nach Europe - a flank attack.

The message seems clear to me.
