OOPS I meant to say I don't think at the present time that OEL deserves a higher MC than BYE .
I think the MC difference will close everything else being equal .
However everything else will not be equal and their MC's will vary now that their paths have diverged depending how the various exploration wells go .
Who knows which will end up being the more successful business .
