So IDC can raise funds through its "mates". Yes. Ok.

In the current market sentiment most mineral exploration and producing companies are in massive financial trouble when considering funds they have compared to the funds they need.

IDC need massive funding to progress forward.

Unless things change very quickly (something other than significant gold hits because those announcements generally see sell offs) I expect IDC, as with many other gold companies, to dilute itself to oblivion.

Take a look at how NAV, with the help of its mates, diluted itself and its shareholders into oblivion.

IDC could easily follow NAV down the same path - just for the need of endless funding.
