I don't think anyone took it like that. It was said elsewhere (I think Noosa presentation) that finance might take ~6 months from FEED end
For all the waiting, FEED completion by Jan/Feb would be an important milestone, if not the most important of the last couple of years, so we can see what the new figures are and what the overall strategy is (bolt on / off-balance sheet Titanium plant components anyone?)
Hopefully clearer signs at that point on whether financing is only a process or a risk
