    What a joke of a capital raising who ever heard of first in best dressed raisings. Total amateurs with no regard for existing shareholder dilution. Should have been based on existing shares/pro rata/tender process

    For this to go anywhere long term the licensing work and mining work is hopefully nowhere near as amateurish
