MR isn't the entire reason IAM is and will be a successful company,its due to MF and PC and his staff. Has been all along, we have hardly heard from or about MR to be honest. Not saying he hasn't help set up shop though. There could be a conflict of interest as well as family and his new role with a CBA company which all come into play. Now if PC or MF were quitting then I would be worried hehe. All is going well and to plan until we hear otherwise.
