The only issue for me and us in the future is the 2c options he has expiring in 2020.
That's a long time for them to be in the money (maybe 10x), and for him getting rich without involvement over the next 3 years.
Wish they rescind their rights with resigning, and not have such buffers (or have to exercise them shortly after resigning).

Otherwise, longest time since PC bought any shares on market and this reshuffle is over - so opens the way for announcements … bring on May!!
