Jeeeeeesus there's a bunch of sad sacks on here isn't there.
Maybe it's the fact that it's a glorious day and the waves are pumping but I've read this one very positively.

Surely this is a flag that a new customer has come on that causes there to be a conflict of interest between IAM and Rantall.

"Check history. 99% of the time" - Pi55 off mate. Go and find me these 100 cases then. It's more like 50-50.
The circumstances dictate the actions.

There are several plausible outcomes and the most likely is that we've picked up a client (Count Financial/ Count Plus/CBA) which means Rantall needs to step down.
The business is currently using all resources to win new contracts and develop opportunities.
Of course we were eventually going to win over a company that Rantall is involved in.
The only way they can do it without being scrutinised by ASX/ASIC is to get rid of the conflict.

Good news IMO.
