If we dont hear about MOU2 before Chrsitmas, its absolutely nothing to be concerned about, Large corporations can take time to complete formalities and release information due to the platforms, policies and processes they operate from. I work for one of the largest oil companies in the world and experience this first hand. A Feb release date just means the impatient will sell thus buying time for the confident to accumulate more. A pre xmas release date just means Christmas this year will be just that little bit better for the LTH 'ers.
