Perhaps you should read both my previous posts, but most specifically the last one.

Exactly WHERE in that post did I state the performance shares are included in the $120M MC???

Multiplier, before you get all caught up, allow me to re-cap the conversation for you.

1. You claimed an MC of ~$87M at ~0.081
2. I told you, you were wrong.
3. You told me to refute your figures.
4. I did so by calculating the current, present MC AS WELL AS the fully diluted version. In fact, I calculated 5 different MC's with each step of Performance shares all the way up to fully diluted.
5. You apparently focussed solely on the fully diluted row in the spreadsheet.

6. And I said, in my last post, verbatim;

"...I calculated the current MC as well as the fully diluted Performance Shares version.

Irrespective of the current market in IAMOA or the restricted, there can be little doubt any of these options will not be converted. Likewise MF's 37.5M are issued equity, irrespective of the fact they are restricted still for another 20 mths odd.

So, based on those figures, 0.08 = ~$120M MC..."


Outcome:

You claimed ~$87M MC @ 0.081
I proved ~$120M MC @ 0.08.

I am all up for discussion. I will not however, be verballed, nor will I shrink from any perceived attack on this forum.
