I disagree they have announced to the public market that December Qtr was for MOU2, only did they say in private enclosed meetings with shareholders did they mention it might be pushed to February.

Therefore the market must be informed if they are aware of the deal being delayed to Feb as the market has bought on the premise of a December deal being completed.

They are likely unaware of whether the deal is going ahead or not or they are in the middle of completing the deal and can't say anything.

But if it is delayed and they know, then no they can't keep that a secret.

I've maintained wait until Dec Qtr is over and then see, until then the deal is still on in Dec unless they state otherwise that it's been delayed or anything else.
