Might want to check your numbers. According to the post you mentioned, Ipac WA was spending 30-40k (400k ish p.a.) per month, that's not what it is costing IAM. Cost of offshoring would be significantly less than that. Would however, be interesting to know the margins.
There has been detail previously on what the typical salary was for an employee, but I don't have time to look for it ATM. From memory I think it was about $20k-30k p.a. per staff member. Even at 40k per employee (5 x 40 =200 plus other costs your still making ~50-75% margin
