I was trying to find out when the AMP board meeting is and found the directors report for 31 December 2015.
It shows that Holly Kramer has attended 2 out of 2 board meetings since being appointed on 14/10/15.
So from that date to 31 December they had 2 board meetings. Had the meetings been in the second half of the month she would have had 3 meetings. My take is that AMP have their board meetings in the first half of the month.
