There may not have been a presentation. An AGM is a statutory requirement and if there are no contentious items on the agenda the meeting is simply about dotting i's & crossing t's. Table the resolutions, record the votes, move on.
Although attending shareholders can ask questions it is very unusual for anything commercial to be discussed at an AGM. You would need to hold it during a trading halt and then fully inform the market of the discussions before reopening if that was the case.
