If that was the reason for him selling - it was an extremely poor trade as he sold the majority of his holding at the bottom
Also he ceased to be a director well before the CBA pilot agreements were signed - so can't imagine he knows much more than the rest of us these days.
Which can be demonstrated by the fact he sold most his shares only 2 weeks before the initial CBA announcement, if he waited 2 weeks he could have tripled the value of the trade
