Dont circumstances change during a major project like in the case of CBA pilot and as IAM is only a minnow with limited resources then what do you do to save the projected cash burn in this 1/4 and the next to complete the pilot without a CR to be done. What can the CBA acc be to be added to the 1/4ly revenue.?????

Maybe the need to close SYD office warranted this need for whatever reason even though it was not fully spelt out except for the focus of existing clients and the CBA pilot to address needs and problems faced either currently or foreseen as potential and have them intergrated fully within BOOM2 pilot/s. Once these are nutted and CBA are happy and sign up, if the need for a clone like SYD office can always be set up again if the demand is there.

I think this was more of a priority thing just to wholly focus and fully complete the BOOM2 pilot with whatever it takes till success comes and a deal SIGNED. Remember CBA are throwing a lot of time and resources into this too and would be desperate for a success. Hammered at the RC for its actions of the past and are desperate to make amends trying to save face and regain trust that was lost. If this fails for them then what and how long till the next test bunny with whoever.??????? Finding success with BOOM2 as a solution to some or most of their problems would be welcome news for all but it would also be a saviour to them and their IT funding a bit.
