Agreed WB, great announcement, l know some maybe a tad disappointed but seriously, did they expect IAM with its current workforce to be able to accomadate CBA'S full quota of 1700 planners and change their culture and working systems over night. Of course not, they will roll this out, train its staff and progressivly adopt it until its commonplce through out the business, whilst taking on new clients. This is just a start, expecting more news next week, this was an appetizer, a slow steady rise suits me fine, good luck to all.
