I do however have a firm belief that while in spec-land we anxiously gravitate towards 'multi-year' and 'binding', at the end of the day, legal agreements really just buy time and confidence that the product really stands on its own two feet and is a lasting solution to an industry problem.
If this platform is truly disruptive, a unique offering and first of its kind, then it will continue to put the building blocks in place for a sustainable, defensible asset for shareholders. If this isn't the case but we are front-ended with binding agreements, then eventually the unclothed Emperor will be revealed.
MF has a strong conviction in the solution we are delivering to the market and I feel a certain level of comfort in that.
Not to mention, that after an undoubtedly very intense due diligence process, CBA feels the same..
