I think anyone that was expecting to jump straight to a binding agreement is kindling themselves especially with the likes of a big4.
Yes they have previously trailed late last year but this while for IAM the scale would be big, for a bank it would be basically nothing, to a extent the solution has been validated but now it is about testing its ability to scale for the massive number of process that would be put through it with CBA and that is the Challenge.
To really test the system CBA will need to stress it across a number of practices with a massive number of process. Only once they know it can handle the volume would they progress to a binding agreement.
