IAM management have never said they will sign agreements as far as I know. The first Melbourne roadshow we were told that they would simply roll with it. PC stated, rightly IMO, why would you sign a contract that at any point in the future might not suit one or both parties.......if someone wants out are IAM going to stop them....the answer was no, so makes a contract kinda pointless.
My point is a commercial agreement with IAM has probably the same merit as a trial/deed/letter of intent. DB
