If you’d read the announcement 24th October, you would understand it is much more than just a SOA generation tool. In fact, also a CRM, and manages the whole client lifecycle including ongoing management, which is where a lot of the banks have been fined for charging clients without providing the service.
It is absolutely a compliance tool, and if works well, could easily be mandated by a licensee to have all tasks managed on one system.
