You are absolutely spot on Non Polar. If NAB were not committed they could have left IAM out to hang. They are clearly committed to the trial which starts tomorrow.

For those that don't think NAB are MOU 2 I think there is a hint in the email from NAB.
A request for data. NAB would not hand over any data before being absolutely certain it was in safe hands hence the 19 steps. What this does tell me is that IAM's security systems are world class because I'm sure NAB would have been through IAM with a fine tooth comb.
