    This ought be falling tomorrow. Very poor management disclosure. Sloppy at best, and an independent person could view it as misleading if an MOU is not an MOU. I don't think it's that bad but a skittish market can grab uncertainty and throttle it.

    I have more thoughts about this stock but will file them for now.
