I suspect the issue is less that $ 800 is an immaterial amount (quite obviously is), and more that saying so is directed at neutralizing any great import in the term "commercial" - as plenty here have been getting hung up on that.
That said, we have just had a real insight into bank politics, which will help IAM greatly in future relationships as it will with this one.
