Ah a prime example of an uniformed retail trader. They could buy on market today and NAB rings Mark tomorrow saying we want a binding agreement. IAM have to release that announcement to the market ASAP and it is not insider trading. IT IS ONLY IF THEY ARE IN POSSESSION OF PRICE SENSITIVE INFORMATION THAT HAS NOT YET BEEN RELEASED TO THE MARKET.
