I am just a watcher on the ongings of IAM not being invested in this stock.
Honestly I think you are missing the point and confused of whats happening. The ASX are just talking in a GENERAL TERMINOLOGY calling it a MOU of which it is not SPECIFICLY calling it as a MOU2 of which is its correct name. To them (ASX) its just a MOU that they are questioning on the lead up to the signing agreement before the blunder of misinterpretation. Just read through the lines of the ASX thoughts why they call it only a MOU, even management just kept referring to it as a MOU in response to the ASX aware notice questions.

MOU2 was always going to be the next MOU listed regardless of IAM talking to x amount of other banks or financial planners they are in discussion with but so it happened that NAB were the next to sign up before anyone else and got the rights to be called MOU2.
