I agree. FP's don't necessarily provide the best guidance but if they can cut costs 40%+ using IAM then guess what? They are more profitable which means IAM is more profitable and hence why other FPG's will join!
The competitive edge is a flat 40%reduction in cost to the FPG's. IAM does this already!

Like I posted before. Once we have a few more clients then Pilots will be a thing of the past. I do this!
Each new client will have a SOW (Statement of Work) and either fixed costs and/or T&M (Time and Materials) associated to it. This is how any SaaS software service company runs. I know. I run one!

I am just appreciative of HC's IAM Team. Great research and thoughts that brought me into this. I hope to continue topping up past my current holding 7x figures! Thats my belief in IAM. BOOM!!
