I see your point and that's all good and well, but if he needs to cash in quick imagine if he had of just dumped the lot into the buy side, I think it would have caused a panic and the herd would have started to sell and that would have pushed the price down a lot, at least this way its transparent and the shares are sitting there for buyers to step up and buy, but it is a big wall to get over, may take a little while
