I believe in the event of any takeover all of MFs performance shares trigger or sonething like that allowing him full control on eventual fair value. I think I read about a minimum of 8cps or around there in that vein. If MF after all the hardwork he and his team have put in would sell out for 8cps then I’d be shocked. 3cps is laughable keep them coming goarmy.
