I'm sure that with CBA doing the Pilot, training staff, overseas visits, engaging EY, having IAM fine tweek the system for them isn't going to be shared with other banks or other outside FP's etc etc...imo, they will most likely need to do a takeover or at the very least have IAM sign an exclusivity agreement.
