They state as per following:

Cash receipts were $184,000 for the quarter which was up 44% on the previous quarter
• 543 Statements of Advice were ordered during the quarter, an increase of 285% on the previous quarter
• 2281 Back Office processes were ordered during the quarter, an increase of 18% on the previous quarter

543 + 2281= 2824 total processes.
Revenue= $184000/2824=$65 per process....ok on $4 out
Assume total staff of 19...working 38 hour week by 13 weeks in the quarter. Total hours 19x38x13=9360
Revenue divided by hours184000/9360=$19.65 per hour worked

Obviously, if staff is just 9.5, then x 2= $39.30
Processes required to achieve $1M in quarter ... 1000000÷65=15384
How many more staff?
