Have to agree with you Specwarop - that's exactly how I read the "Business Development" section at the bottom, however the wording still implies they are confident it will happen ('looks forward to updating the market...')
IMO, great move bringing on the lead contractor as CTO. I'm assuming that he was either the guy writing the code (as MF told us at the Syd seminar that he was right next to the person coding LiLLY the whole time) or he was very closely involved. Being in software dev myself, it will be SO much faster for him to make updates/big fixes/feature rollouts given that he probably has an intimate knowledge of the codebase.
