Fair value at the moment is around 4 cents, any lower and it's a definite buy, possibly as it approaches 4c itself.
That said, there's a ton of people that are stuck in higher prices like 7 cents, 8cents, 9 cents, and they are waiting for break even to get out meaning upward movement without positive news is going to be hard.
Staying out until it approaches 4 cents, then I suspect it to stabilise or bounce at that level and wait for news.
