Perhaps my last post before I checkout for Christmas.
I am not looking to get drawn out into arguments so please treat this as a take it or leave it post. If you have any comments or corrections please mention them below and everyone can read for themselves.
The stock traded at 5 cents today down approx ~50% down from a week ago.Today almost $4 MIL in the top part of the day was in the red zone. The whole thing fell like a pack of cards and looks like (presumptuously) a lot of retail have exited. The
nature of good business is that it does not fold like a pack of cards and not that quickly.
Some posters who called themselves LT on these threads now face the abuse of many. The director's interest notice, a symbolic gesture for their faux pas on twitter is being used to calm the nerves while a lot of the folks are acting as messenger for some running commentary on twitter. A lot more dormant posting activity from some dormant accounts claiming to be LT holders.
Here are the some things to consider
- A lot of retail has exited IMO. Massive dumps took place down at 7 at 6 and all the way to 5 cents. A lot of retail seems to have exited IMO so for them to be interested in this stock concrete news flow with some clarity around funding , revenue and some more clarity around what the HOA is with sentry will need to be provided. As suggested Sentry HOA is not in definitive terms. Incidentally, SENTRY's usage of words on their website tell a
different story
Sentry will
manage the delivery of Intiger’s LiLLY and KLiP tech solutions, which speed up the production of Statements of Advice for financial planners.
Intelligent readers can make their own inferences.

As highlighted the SOA will be generated at a cost of $49 from BI.
The total customers that they will need to serve to hit 1 MIL in
revenue with that rate ~ 20K.
I am sure you can do the maths forward.
I am of the opinion that this company is massively bloated with a 80 mil valuation facing further dilution and low cash.

Documents called
Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Intent, or Heads of Agreement are all instruments which are used to signify an intention to negotiate a contract in the future. Memoranda of understanding are useful documents to "kick- start' an agreement.
An MOU is
not intended to be a legally binding document. If you want a legally binding document then an MOU is not appropriate.
Someone said revenue ?
- IAM is a glorified outsourcing and consulting business with focus on skinning this whole thing with LILLY and KLIP.
The offerings from Lilly and KLIP may provide marginal benefit but those are not the selling points of this company. With hiring personnel overseas which is usually followed by quality loss and loss of reputation the company is trying to mask the glaring business proposition with something tech. All the investors that claim to be buying here have obviously never had a Vodafone or a TPG service.
- Massive dilution
The company is facing 300 M oppies being converted shortly (courtesy a civil gentleman ) and milestone payments that will result in further dilution. The oppies will provide cash which is a reasonable argument but with so much "ongoing expansion" the company will suffer from cash shortage shortly.

Some arguments can be made for privacy related stuff that did not pass the due diligence of a network admin or even a tech consultant.

observation about shonky looking testimonials photos, website pictures, managed by and so on.
- STT tip
I have tipped this stock as SHORT and obviously some have issues with this. STT threads are a methodology for testing your strategies. Just the way people buy because they think it is undervalued, my current sentiment is that it is bloated.
The company has lost almost 50% value in under a week. Maybe I am late but I have a feeling there is still a bit of squeeze to go.
If you are one of those that have sold in the last few days, I am of the opinion that it may not be necessarily be a bad thing. This is still bloated and a in-depth look of these boards with a enormous curiosity can often times provide answers to who is running the volume here.
I really doubt that this stock would reach 200 MIL mcap without revenue figures, cash figures and projections of revenue none of which are available. So if it did hit that you would have 1 bagged but a loss on capital (Which has happend to a few as observed from some threads ) should only be neglected at your peril.
I still think that there are a couple more squeezes and sell's coming up until this week's closure. There are some interesting side threads I am observing questioning a lot of IAM technology. Some in general forums and some even in some non IAM forum.
