Nah look probably won't happen by end of year - they probably overestimated how fast stuff moves through orgs like NAB, AMP etc. during the lead-up to Christmas. A decision to fundamentally change the way back-office operations work would probably be very low on the current board agenda given the amount of BAU stuff these organisations get through this time of year.
The Q4 '16 milestones were just targets anyways. Even if it got announced before 2017, nothing implementation-wise would have occurred until well into Q1 '17.
