The problem here is that people think MOU2 with a household name is a certain in Feb because it didn't arrive in Dec. This is certainly not true!
The clients board still needs to approve it in the Feb board meeting. This may not happen if IAM still haven't satisfied Step 19.
And remember guys, it's just a MOU, no revenue stream from that just yet!
Still some risk here IMO.
