Hi KDoc. I don't think it matters what I would do but knowing the banks if they can improve their bottom line they will.
I also find it hard to believe they would ploughing man hrs into doing DD when they could get the same result, testing the upstart, by doing nothing and see if Sentry sign.
It may also be the case that MOU2 want to unload that much business on IAM that they aren't quite prepared for it and the reason they have announced the extra office and tech guy. IMO DB
